I am 46 now at age 40 got in fairly good shape i.e see picture in 2001 and continued that for several years. Through various life changes, huge move, weights in storage for more than a year I let myself get out of shape. I don't want to be a body builder. Will never be the hot lean muscles babes on here. I can though be the vibrant curvy woman I am through hard work.
First attack was already launched by beginning lifting again several times a week and walk/jogging usually daily month half ago.
Immediate goal increase lifting to every other day. Add a mile on to my walk/jogging on non lifting days.
Lose 10 pounds by August 24th. Long term weight loss desired of 30 pounds minimum.
