Training is going well. I've hit the 152# mark @ 8% bodyfat. That's a gain I've been struggling to make the last few months. Trying to get to 6% before it's full blown summer.
We've been getting rain/thunder storms/tornado this past week. Hopefully it will lighten up, so I can enjoy the great outdoors.
Great definition on your back! Keep it up!

Thanks bruh! I made those gains stacking BSN Cellmass, Nitrix & NO-Xplode while taking Whey & Casein.
I just started SuperPump yesterday. I felt the surge of energy, but not the pump.

Aha- Not big enough. It was hard building my back. I just don't have the genes.
My advice - go heavy and make sure you isolate. Bent over barbell row, lat pulldown, & wide grip pull ups. Pull ups are awesome and mix it up different grips.

Thanks again. I hit them once a week, but have been doing some core training w/ medicine & exercise balls. I'm not using heavy weights, but it definitely makes me break sweats.

I switch up my work out every two weeks or so. I'll hit bi's/tri's on the same day then I switch to chest/tri's & shoulder/bi's. My favorites are skull crushers (flat bench/decline/incline) & close grip push-up on a medicine ball/exercise ball!
