How I Started:
I started going to rehab and cleaning up my life, im supposed to exercise everyday and so i started doing this and I have totally fallen in love with it. I also want to be a personal trainer.
Why I Love It:
Get Stronger, Feeling and Looking good and the benefits of having a healthy lifestyle. I just love everything about it, the burn, before and after,the day off, the workout, forcing yourself to get that last rep the whole shabang.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to stay big and just get stronger and stronger so I'll be bigger then the next guy. Sometimes I watch youtube videos to pump me up or buy some new music i dont really know, dont have much of a problem with staying motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
Benching my own weight. Curling 50's! Benching way more then my own weight. Deadlifting 300+plds!!:D

This was taken shortly after i started working out, too skinny, not enough definition. I wanted to get way bigger and decided to start working out.
feeling great, hit the 9 month workout mark, huge improvements due to a perfect diet, never missing a workout, 8-10 hours of sleep and a fair amount of cardio!

I want to get more muscles so i look better to myself and others. I want to just get bigger and bigger.My whole life I have always admired superheros and athletes with huge muscles like Batman and Football players and stuff and I want to be big like them. I want my muscles to bulge against my shirt so everyone can see how big I am. I want to have even more women interested in me so I can get an even higher confidence boost and not have to worry about competition because im the best there going to get!

Hi Mike, Glad to hear you are doing so well, we are in the US and we just celebrated Thanksgiving and I ate "well" should I say!! I am "for sure" going to add my sons pics this week. He starts wrestling this week for school and is looking pretty leans and muscular. When I add his pics I will let you know and have you look at them.....I dont think he has any friends yet as he has not done much on here. WOW - 195lbs you are turning into and animal - good for you - you are a great guy!!
