The older I get, the more I need to watch what I eat. I hate it! I will never be a bodybuilder and I realize this! I want to take pride in myself and stay in the best possible shape as I can. Right now I am 209 lbs. I want to lean out and gain 16 lbs of muscle within the next 2 months.
