I used to model and be pretty fit. Since the summer of 2008, I totally let go of myself. Stopped running, stopped lifting, and kept eating like a race horse, literally. It's been about 10 months, and I'm sick of being fat... time to get my body back and never go back! Consistency is key!
Why I Love It:
I'm still not at the point that I can say I love it. It's barely starting to feel good again. I'm just so overweight that I still feel discouraged to step foot in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at old modeling pictures of myself and I constantly look at transformations here on Bodybuilding.com
I want to lose 33 pounds and gain muscle. I want to go down to 15% body fat for now.
Goal (Long):
I gained 49 pounds in 10-11 months. Now I want to lose the weight in 8 mos. So far I have lost 15 pounds. I don't want to slave in the gym and I want to do minimal cardio, but I don't know if it's possible.
I have heard that you can transform your body through strength training exercises, so I want to know if that is true. And if it is, I want to create a diet and exercise plan to help me lose the weight.
She talks about the reality of working out. Although, I personally think working out can be enjoyable, she's honest to say she dislikes it! Just read her profile and you'll know why she's an inspiration.
That is the only way you can take it I do the same as well. Being a hard gainer sucks too beleive me I fight for every pound I try to put on! You will get there just got to go after it!
Hey darling...so glad to know that I inspire you..thank you so much!! Glad we have started talking..I sent you a workout routine. Let me know how it goes.
right now I'm doing a massive cut so it's mostly cardio with little resistance. Diet is full of protein, average amount of carbs, and practically no fats (save for the omegas) P.S thanks for the friend request :)
Let's Go! Now's the time to start... I have the next 30 days to stop drinking soda/caffeine... if I can do that... you can whoop yourself back into shape... LET'S GO! No excuses.
