MexicanMauler Its hard to see a complete change but 12 weeks work has really helped my health,confidence and overall mindset. Pics are up tmw.

lgalla You got this! Make sure you incorporate some yoga stretches. I know, I know a lot of guys don't like to do it, but they will help add strength and balance without stress to your body. I try to do some yoga routines for at least 10-30 minutes a couple times a week. My husband is a fighter and uses yoga as part of his training regimen Feb 11, 2013 6:44pm

EgoTrap That was my point. If you are sensitive to digestive issues from things like whey, casein, soy, hemp, etc., then you can ditch the shakes completely. People built fine physiques for thousands of years on just plain ol' food. If you insist on drinking a shake, you could take some digestive enzymes with it like pepsin, HCl, or bromelain.
