Hey PHATerik
I'm currently doing Atkins and taking a Fat & Carb Blocker with a prescription for Phentermine (A prescription appetite controller). I've lost 22 lbs since the 9th of December and have a lot more energy than before... checked my ketones and I'm in the purple so just burning fat!
