I'm very excited about next week and completely and utterly motivated to get my workouts in, my body is tingling (seriously) I'm like a kid on Christmas eve right now... the anticipation of picking up those weights tomorrow is phenomenal!

Hope to lose another 15-20 lbs this coming month and...

Hey buddy. I know it can be hard for ya'll army guys to find time to hit the gym, especially while deployed. I'm an air force guy myself. Stay focused and hit it hard. You'll be back to 190 in no time!

Excellent work! What are you doing to drop the pounds so fast? I'm gearing up to do the bodybuilding.com 12 week transformation starting the first of the year. Time to make a positive change. I think I'm currently at 270 now, and looking to get to 190 by my 35th birthday in July. Keep up the good work.
