Program based on low fat
1. - 4 egg whites with 1 yolk
- 2/3 cups of oatmeal with water
2. - Protein shake ( 2 cups )
- 1 banana
3. - 1 can of tuna
- 1 cup of macaroni
- 1/2 cup of vegetables
4 . ( pre-workout 20 to 30 minutes )
- 2 slices of white bread
- 1 banana
5. ( Post-workout )
- 1 bagel
- 1 cup of cranberry or grape juice
6. - 4 onces of chichen or turkey breast
- 1/2 cup of brown rice
- 1/2 cup of vegetables
7. - Protein shake ( 2 scoops )
