My weight was going up and down and I gained the most fat during my Senior year in High School. I decided that I needed to change my diet and live a healthier lifestyle if I wanted to improve my over all well being.

I train my abs before or after each workout (4X/w, so) - and try to integrate different exercises for upper, lower and obliques.
I have a whole battery of exercises to alternate and not get used. That might be the reason...
my old workout partner was a mormon guy he is back in salt lake city now i think he just finished school in phycial therpy the best workout partner i have ever had he is doing some natural shows now good luck and welcome to bodybuilding.com
