I don't have equipment here I can use really, I have a bench with some add ons to it but it keeps being used as a place for my family to store their shit on, even after I take everything off! I also only have 90lb set with it, I still use the barbell and dumbbells but mostly for working on Form & light excercise. I like going because theres a ton of people with similar goals as myself. What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Strained my left shoulder(very outter pec/shoulder) while using a shitty old piece of equipment at the gym. It was a chest press machine and it just didn't feel right at all but I was new to the place and didn't see the newer, better & safer range of motion one. It was fine, just really sore until I went to work and started lifting. Inflammation occured & I left early. Recently strained both shoulders, It was either my idiot friend getting me to do a few excercises at night after I worked out in the morning that day or I did too many wide grip over hand pullups and it just over trained my shoulders.
