Even though I was always a size 10 until a couple of years ago, before I got into wieght training I assumed my body shape was just going to be the way my genetics dictated. Now I know that I can have that perky bum and shapely legs if I just work hard and stay disciplined with my diet!
lol, yes i remember when all i had to lose was just 10 pounds but instead i packed on 35 more.( the stress) not doing so bad right now. if you want fast results, run up hill or do sprints. does wonders for the lower abs and legs.
hey thanks for the kind words. Yeah definately a metal fan. Have similar tastes myself. Grew up on Fear Factory and Metallica. Lately just trying to find new tunes for the gym. Any suggestions from your playlist?
i do feel like i am getting somewhere, thanks for asking. i need to start posting some progress pics for better accountability. i think seeing results helps motivation 100 fold. have a good day.
