Just thought I should check in on you and see how things are going. It's been a little blah for me lately (what's new, right?) but I'm still at it slow and steady. I hope your training is going well (as is the rest of your life). Let me know when you have a chance.
Things are okay. I'm looking to hire an online nutritionist to help me get rid of some unwanted BF...my never-ending quest for more muscle and less BF. I think I'm going with GoddessAthlete. I've heard nothing but good things about her! That's great that you had some time w/ your family. Time off has GOT to be a welcome change! And things are going well in the gym, too? Family and gym time...does it get any better than that? :)
Lost six pounds - better than putting on six pounds of fat! I'm glad your weight is moving up in a positive way now. Have you set some new goals to achieve while you are back on duty?
Hi Ken :) Just thought I'd take the time to stop and say hello and see how you're doing. I hope all is going well for you and that you had a nice visit with your family. May, right?
Hey Ken, I always get a kick out of hearing other guys say they are looking to gain a few pounds as I'm always looking to do the opposite. Things are going pretty well for me though - I'm consistent with training getting stronger and yes, a little larger too and not around the middle! How much did you lose while "slacking" at home? Not too much I would think. Keep moving forward!
Things are not too bad - my schedule has lightened up and I'm working on keeping focus with my workouts. I'm looking forward to some good progress this summer. I'm glad you get a chance to get home on occasion - I'm sure that seeing the world is great but that seeing your family is even better! How's training going for you these days?
Just one of my semi-regular checks to see how you're doing. Things are going pretty good for me. I'm consitent now on getting my cardio in if nothing else!
week is busy as heck. ;) This coming week I'm going to challenge myself to find some way to get in at least 30 mins of exercising every day on the road ... business trip with a group of people so finding *me* time might be a bit tough, but gotta make it happen
Great photo update, Ken. With your job you probably don't have access to the gyms and/or food/supplements and still you have built yourself up to an amazing shape. Show's what discipline and an intelligent approach to one's workouts/diet can do even in suboptimal conditions.
Glad to hear you're doing well :) And assuming you're coming to the states to visit family, May should be the perfect time of year for that! SUCH a PRETTY month! Enjoy your visit and travel safely :) How is your training?
