Playing a ton of hockey up untill highschool. Got lazy for 5 years had a terrible diet got fat\Picked up weights and havent looked back.
Why I Love It:
The changing of the human body. The goals you set.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep changing. Every single time i train i get stronger and more muscular. Thats all I need to stay motivated.

just remember to be patient and consistant. This doesn't happen fast. I've been lifting hard for over 8 years, it just takes time to put on quality muscle. good luck to you!
