I was disgusted with my body after the birth of my second child. I joined Weight Watchers at 270 lbs and became a lifetime member at 145 lbs.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel after I work out. My mood is better and my body feels exhilarated. I have more energy and focus to deal with life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I make fitness a priority by exercising every day and rotating my types of exercise. I do home exercise videos for kickboxing, step aerobics, stability ball, and pilates. I do strength training at least twice a week, full body. I never want to be fat again!!
BB Accomplishments:
I've lost about 130 lbs and kept it off. I'm in the best shape of my life.

Lately, I've really been skeptical of how my body looks and the progress that I'm making. I'm not sure I'm really progressing. I have lost of few pounds and have been training consistently, but when I look in the mirror, it's just not the body I want to see. I've come such a long way...

Hey you! things are going ok;) had a rough time recently (stress, financial problems). I'm almost done school and have been trying to relax for the past week;) How have you been?
Everything is going pretty good. Feeling stronger and upping weights on just about everything. I'm determined to gain some mass before my show in September, its on baby!
There is a section within the main site photo gallery for "Male Pro Bodybuilders" I used to post alot of pics of pros afew years ago. But your right, in that this should be a place to better yourself and not post pics of others. Will post some more pics when I get my bf down a little
