Today i did arms workout after 2 weeks and really pushed them hard, My tri's got good pump but not my bi's, Might be because i have done them after 2 weeks.

I usually do i bodypart everyday.Just one.....One tip which worked for me is you gotta eat like a pig....Have 3-4 bananas half an hour before workout and 2 after workout.Post workout have some whey protein.Divide your meals such that you get to eat 5-6 small meals....But i'm just a novice so dont expect great advices from me.Try different things and see what is best for you
