What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
focus focus focus, if that what makes you happy , just do it!

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I just eat my food and prepare for my workouts by relaxing a little bit before I hit the weights hard!

I usually do 12-15, but when on heavy days, usually 6-8 reps.
