Complete a 12 week cutting program. Lose 2 lbs of fat per week. See abs. Eliminate love handles. Re-evaluate in 12 weeks.
Goal (Long):
I want to see my damn abs! 12 week cut at 2 pounds a week should put me at around 240 which is what I was down to when I started the last bulk. I want to retain the size I put on from the bulk and I am hoping it was muscle and not just water weight and fat. Once the 12 weeks is done I will re-evaluate. Should be around end of July.
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
If I get to go with my brother then that is motivation enough. If I am by myself then I listen to some hard rock.

What chest workout has worked best for you?
Smith Machine Bench 4 sets of 8-10 reps
Dumbell Incline Press 4 sets of 8-10 reps
Cable crossovers superset high and lows
Finish with an iso machine doing negatives or rest pause

What shoulder workout has worked best for you?
I love shoulders! so i mix it up depending on what feels good.

I completed week one. Feel good. Diet was clean, training was intense and productive. Was sore the following day of each training session. Lost 3 pounds down to 255. Fairly happy with week 1.
That is for sure that kids will CALL IT AS THEY SEE IT!!!! Man they can be brutal too!!! LOL But the good thing about it is that we made a concious effort to do something positive about it.... not just let it beat us down!!! Good Luck!
