I successfully completed 6 weeks of Keto. Lost about 10 pounds but my waist size was the same weighing in at 252 as it was last year when I weighed 239 so I think I am carrying more muscle! I will NEVER do keto again though. Felt like crap. Continuing to cut 2 pounds a week for 6-10 weeks on journey to 10% bf
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
If I get to go with my brother then that is motivation enough. If I am by myself then I listen to some hard rock.

What chest workout has worked best for you?
Smith Machine Bench 4 sets of 8-10 reps
Dumbell Incline Press 4 sets of 8-10 reps
Cable crossovers superset high and lows
Finish with an iso machine doing negatives or rest pause

What shoulder workout has worked best for you?
I love shoulders! so i mix it up depending on what feels good.

Lost 1 lb. Pretty good 4 of 7 days. Training was good. Not feeling energetic and healthy which should come with eating better. Might be the triple digit heat in which I do not flourish. I am working 5 of next six days so I should meet my goal next Monday of 2-3 lbs.
That is for sure that kids will CALL IT AS THEY SEE IT!!!! Man they can be brutal too!!! LOL But the good thing about it is that we made a concious effort to do something positive about it.... not just let it beat us down!!! Good Luck!
