Goal (Short): To loose weight and beable to take my shirt off without wanting to puke
Goal (Long): All my life I have been big, most people assumed I played football because of my size and not tennis. I also want to gain more self confidence and I know the reason why I don't have that is due to my weight. I want to loose 60 lbs to start I know it will take time but this site is very helpful and encouraging.

Same here man, Getting pretty hectic at work, so I'm eating healthy but not right to my meal plan. Going to start training for powerlifting. Easy to go big when your already big. Keep up the good work Bro.
