When I Started: 2005
How I Started: I got started when I first came to the US and saw Ms Olympia Yaxeni Oriquen in my gym. I thought she looked beautiful and she told me I have good genetics to compete. That motivated me to get started and create a fit and toned body for myself.
Why I Love It: I love training because I am creating a sculpture out of my body. My body becomes my art. I love to care for it and live a fit and healthy lifestyle. Plus I simply love to train.
How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated by focussing on my goals and by being happy with what I do. Whenever I have a sweet craving on competition time, I count the days to when I am allowed to have a cheat meal and plan forward on what I am going to have. ;-)
BB Accomplishments: Winning my first fitness show and placing second at the Nationals two consecutive years.
Forum Signature: My next goal is to work hard and place well in my IFBB Figure Pro debute in Spring!
