Well I am a swimmer and weight training improve this sport. I found out that swimming a lot make my muscle bigger hard. I really just cannot give up both. :)
Why I Love It:
I get stronger, bigger, and hook up someone easier (I'm joking about the latter).
How I Stay Motivated:
Keep watching porn...Oooops! I mean I keep watching those models with beautiful clear muscles.

I want to gain about 5 kg lean muscle mass, make my skin more tan and take a big set of photo shoot. Frame the best one and hang it on my wall.
Goal (Long):
When I was about 9-13 years old, I was over weight. I felt very uncomfortable with my body. My cloths fitted me but the length of them didn't. One day, I watched a sport event on TV and I spotted a swimmer, who had really good body. I was dreaming of being like him.
I was trained by my aunt who was a nurse to run. I still remembered that the first time I started running I could run just 800 metres...believe it or not 800 metres. Then I kept training and later I could run at least 7 km non-stop.
I used to think that eating less helps me to have a better body but it is all wrong. Actually it is eating right.
I started a serious swimming at the uni. Now I normally swim 1.5-2.0 km. At the same time I started weight training as well. I kept being informative about it.
Now I have got a number of programmes to work out in the gym. I have got a free swimming pool to swim and I do not live far from the park to do running on Sundays.
My goal is to gain more muscle mass. Make it more clear. Even we all lose our charms at the end. But I would know that once I used to have a good body.

thanks man! no, i don't do a lot of cardio. i do low intensity jump roping a couple times a week. i just keep my diet super clean and boring. haha whatever works i guess.
