I am gluten intolerant so eating whole grains is hard for me. I have found that cutting out all grains besides quinoa and oats works best for my body.
Breakfast: Egg Whites or Old Fashion Oats
Snack: Rice Cakes and Almond Butter
Lunch: Grilled Chicken and Fresh Veggies
Pre-Workout: Homemade Pumpkin Protein Bar and Greek Yogurt
Post-Workout: Protein Shake with Old Fashion Oats
Dinner: Fish, Ground Turkey, or Top Round with Veggies
