How I Started: I have always been a fit and active gal, I've loved running for as long as I can remember. I have a real passion for weight training. For me this is a lifestyle choice and something that I truly love and enjoy.
Why I Love It: Weight training has taught me how to turn my body from skinny fat to hard and defined. After having two children, training has helped me stay in shape and be fitter than I have ever been.
How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated by reading as much as I can get my hands on regarding training and nutrition. Other fit women also inspire me, leading a fit lifestyle and being able to run and walk without ever feeling out of breath is an absolute inspiration.
BB Accomplishments: Well I;m not a competitive athlete, so my personal accomplishments would have to be putting on some muscle this year after trying very very very hard.I have also learnt a lot about nutrition and training this year.

I read this article in August 2007 - I have shortened certain parts but for the most if you're trying to grow your calves like I am - then read on - it did change the way I work them.

Awesome. And yes, I'm doing great. Can't wait to hit the gym....just afraid of my performance with JACKED UP calves. I murdered my calves before my back/abs workout on Friday and I can't walk today. I look like one of those gangsters with a purposeful limp...except I'm in professional clothes haha I'm getting bigger though! btw - I got the Size-On based on your recommendation. I can't wait for it to get fully saturated to start seeing the effects. It's been almost 2 weeks.
