How I Started:
Initally I was extremely overweight, changed my lifestyle and lost about 35kg, am now very addicted to training and want to compete in a physique comp
Why I Love It:
I love the great feeling you get afterwards, feeling fit and having toned muscles. I feel great acheivement when I can lift heavier weights than others :)
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't need much motivation for working out as I really enjoy it and can't wait to get to my next session but eating wise it can be challenging especially over festive seasons, but I give my self days off every now and then and make sure i live a little :)

I want to compete in Physique category in the Australian Natural BodyBuilding comp in September 07
Goal (Long):
I plan on leaning up over the next month, I would like to drop about 8-10 % body weight to get rid of the excess fat I have.
My plan is then to do a clean bulk and gain some muscle, at the moment I am to small muscle wise for the division I wan tto go in.
Then closer to the comp I will start cutting again and get my body fat percentage hopefully to about 12%.
As for a specific body weight I am not sure what that would be due to gaining muscle etc, I think it might end up being about 65kg or maybe less?

Great to hear all is well! Good luck with the supplements, I tend to stay away from them cos im allergic except for creatine. Best of luck with ur comp prep!
