Overall Goal: I want to be lose bout 30 or 40 pounds. I dont care how long it takes but I want to perfectly fit for my life and my future career.

How I Started:
A friend got me to go with her to a gym and now its my only way to escape from life. I love working out!
Why I Love It:
Its a place to just focuse on yourself, what makes you body and mind work together. No one yelling for you to do something but a sanctuary to get away and refocuse.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well for me I see going to the gym as a reward. Its your own personal time as I have said before and it always helps me work my stress and anger out.
BB Accomplishments:
So far just going as much as I have and not giving up is a plus. I am going to get lean and stronger for myself and my future career.
its going great. I recently started lifting with a friend from hs we played football together. and we've been pushing each other and giving it 100% every time, We plan on Working out twice a day starting next week.
