Muscle Tech Program

So muscletech is so confident about thier products that they are supplying the whole customer service department with free supplements as long as they post a blog about the results they recieved from them. I am currently taking NO shotgun pre, torrent post, and optimum protien.  I will be switching to No plasmacore pre, cell-tech hardcore post, and mass-tech protien.  Tomorrow will be my first work out with cell tech so i'll post what i think after the first day! Aubrie Well thank you, I'm working on just getting lean and learning to maintain it. Jamie is obviously my hero, if she can do it so can I! ;) With this 1/2 marathon I'm running Saturday I've literally been running my ass off haha. My legs have gotten alot of definition from it but as soon as it's over I'm hitting the weights big time! No more little numbers ;) Oh btw your girlfriend is gorgeous! Does she do any modeling?
