I love body building because it tests my pain thresholds and determination everyday. The gym is my get away from my everyday life. I can escape from everything in the gym and just relax.
How I Stay Motivated:
My good friend and trainer Mike Hildebrant(Mr. Symmetry)keeps me motivated when i'm being a little baby weakling but mainly i'm always striving to be my best and push myself.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet. I took second in the Jr class at the Gold's Gym treasure valley fitness and BB comp this spring 2008 and second at the 2008 Empire Classic in Spokane WA. But i'm never satisfied especially with second. I was happy to reach 4.2% bodyfat however I would like to reach that with more muscle and win a competition!

I've done a few shoots since you left your comment. I'm actually in the latest issue (fall 2009) of UMM Magazine.
Meal 1: 18 turkey sausages, 4 pieces ezekiel bread, and 3 gallons of water
Meal 2: 11 lbs of ground elk, 9 pitas, and 43 tbsps peanut butter and 2 gallons of water
Meal 3: 43 egg whites, 8 cups of rice (raw and dry), 93 almonds and 6 gallons of water.
Legit goal? mmmmmm does betting my friend $100 bucks that I will have better abs then him in a week count? LOL.... it's sad but it's all the motivation I have right now. =(
