Hey there! Go to the IFBB section of the forum and find the thread titled "IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE FUTURE OF BODYBUILDING, CLICK HERE" It's for Arnold Classic and Olympia coverage on ESPN2. awesome build man, Im aiming for what u have, maybe a littllllllle more mass but very close to what u have. We weigh the same but im a little taller so i think im gonna shoot for about 205. Like I said, your looking great man, keep hittin the weights!

yeah, theres alot more stores then there use to be. they just built a new HEB and i heard it was the biggest one ever built so far.

its updated now, they're all 7 reps now, i m moving the weight up next week for 6 so, it ll be like 10lbs heavier

humm, hold on, the bench is 1, but i haven't maxed out in awhile, my 6 reps is 225, and the rest of the weights are all my 6 reps, i ll check if its up to date
