awesome build man, Im aiming for what u have, maybe a littllllllle more mass but very close to what u have. We weigh the same but im a little taller so i think im gonna shoot for about 205. Like I said, your looking great man, keep hittin the weights!

humm, hold on, the bench is 1, but i haven't maxed out in awhile, my 6 reps is 225, and the rest of the weights are all my 6 reps, i ll check if its up to date
hey man, thanks for the comment, forearms, actually they just developed the way they did, i have'nt really trained them hard for maybe the last 6 months? thats it man, is your lifts at 1 rep max?
Impressive amount of muscle and definition in your back, shoulders and arms. It looks like you have been bulking well over the past few months. Keep training strong.
I hear ya on the 225 lbs. bro. Seems that everyone wants that when they first start but you will only want more next LOL. Good luck making the weight rattle!
