How I Started:
I got into bodybuilding and training when I met my husband 9 years ago and have been addicted ever since. (And I really wanted to love how I look in a hot bikini -LOL , who doesn't) :D
Why I Love It:
I have COMPLETE control & RESPONSIBILITY for my results
I LOVE the feeling you get after pushing a heavy set of weights! I LOVE TO BE STRONG! I love endorphins :D
How I Stay Motivated:
I set small goals of things I know I are achievable short term and then challenge myself in a long term goal. STAY POSITIVE!
I try to REMEMBER the HEALTH benefits as well. It's not hard to see the difference in people who train & people who don't. It's not just about pants size but health too!

I like to work out my upper body the most. I am a little uneven because I find it hard to motivate for lower body anything - except buns LOL! I love that burn!

Goal (Long):
Eat good carbs 2 hours pre or post workout only. I am tracking my entire workout/nutrition details in a workout journal and analyze every night before bed for at least 5 min. REALLY monitoring my nutritional intake is KEY! I don't have much problem motivating to workout but the diet end is a different story. I am reading something everyday pertaining to nutrition for bodybuilding to keep it fresh in my mind :D
I have also added an extra hour of low impact cardio 3 days / week in addition to my current training schedule. :D

Helped! We love to train and we do our own workouts but he makes me lift heavier :D Always a good thing. A couple that trains together, stays together :D
