How I Started:
I have always had an interest in working out and developing a muscular body. I always tried to get into a routine but was never sucessful in abtaining my goals. I finally found a trainer plus the time to get my butt to the gym. I shed the 10lbs I have been trying to loose all my life since I have never been active. Now I train myself (I like the convience of being able to go to the gym not on a set schedule)
Why I Love It:
I like seeing my muscle deffinition. It makes me more confient, makes me feel sexy and gives me more energy to go though life.

So I went to the gym full of energy today. I had a good healthy clean breakfast (cream of wheat). I did my full workout with the weights about 45mins and was about to do my 20 mins of cardio when this neasous feeling struck and took me over. I could no longer workout I had to leave...

Hi Megan! I just caught your heavy lifting status, and read about the nausea feeling you got form your workout. It sounds as if you used up all of your glycogen stores. This happens to me anytime I do my leg training...unless I have a ton of carbs in me. Since the banana and water fixed it, I am very certain that is what happened.
