When I Started:

How I Started:
I started lifting in High-School for sports (Football, lineman; Track and Field, the emphasis on FIELD; and Wrestling, briefly). I got pretty big, and pretty strong but never quite fit.
In the years since, I had lost motivation and workout partners (very important to me).
Now I'm trying to get my act together.
I was re-born in the gym in November 2008 @ ~270lbs.
Why I Love It:
The feeling that lasts the whole day, being tired and destroyed, but ready for anything.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to inspire others.
I need to be fit for my job.
