Sports as a kid and thru High School. Never dedicated enough to look like I want to look until now. Trying to get back in shape atfer an injury sidelined me for 6 months.
Why I Love It:
Just an over all feeling of well being. More energy, more confidence, more strength to look good in the damn mirror!
How I Stay Motivated:
The Mirror. Everyday I see myself it just motivates me to stick with it. That and the "pump". Love the "pump" means I did something right at the gym.

I want to lose 20 pounds of fat and replace it with 20 pounds of muscle by next January 1st 2008!
Goal (Long):
I have made excuses for not having enough time to diet properly and train for years. I turned 32 this year and have had the worst year physically I have ever had. I use to be extremely athletic in my 20 and was in great shape. I am sick of looking at pic's of guy's and gal's older than me who look better than I ever did. Time to be one of the guys in the picture not the guy looking at the pictures!
Ready to take control of my body and give it hell!
