my whole life I have been the skinny guy. lately I have been hitting the gym and have become addicted to it. wider back with a huge taper to some sick abs. full chest broad shoulders. strong legs. On the strength side of everything I want back strength to protect myself from injury on the job firefighting, and leg strength and endurance.
had a good workout today. Worked out awesome because I was crunched on time so it stayed intense! i didn't cut any corners except abs. which I will do tonight. everything I did was a 5x5 (5 sets with 5 reps) i rotated between the three muscle groups to get breacks on the muscles but stayed...
