How I Started:
I've always been into lifting as a hobby. I played high school football and hockey for about 12 years but I decided to make lifting a little less of a hobby and turn it into a larger part of my life.
Why I Love It:
Everyone needs a little me time. A time they can put aside for themselves. Some people do yoga. Some people meditate. Most people have a hobby. Me? I lift.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm a small guy to begin with and in my profession you have to be able to lift some fairly heavy people and for extended periods of time. If I atrophy then I can't do my job. Lookin and feeling good about myself is a big motivator as well.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Just trying to eat healthy all around by staying away from fast food. A friend of mine gave my an article on fitness that I'm reading now. We'll see how things change after I'm done reading it.

Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Most of it's in my head. Although, I do sometimes write stuff down.

Why I like this video: I had a bad call the other day. Things like what happen don't usually get to me. I saw this vid and the call came back to mind. He was only 13, that's all I'm gonna say. Watch the video
hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!
