acutally, it didnt work for me. A lot of people said they got good gaines from it, but i didnt notice any difference between being on it and off of it. some people are like that i suppose. My boyfriend on the other hand loves it! he said it works really well for him.
Hi! Actually I don't go to a gym... I weight train at home. I love the feeling in your muscles after a demanding workout.I stay motivated to lift because I see rapid results, thanks to my body type - I gain muscle easily:) Good luck!
