Overall Goal:  IM BACK!!! i have started to cut down, and now that i am at a solid 190, i would like to maintain this weight while loosing more fat and gaining more muscle. any more muscle to get me over 190 would be great!

How I Started:
always had a lean physique, and started working out for sports in high school. once i got to college and stopped doing sports is when i really started focusing on sculpting my body to better myself. i love the classic body builder look from the 70s and early 80s and wanted to try and reach that look myself. If i could one day get the figure of Frank Zane, i might finally be satisfied!
Why I Love It:
there is always room to change for the better and improve the way u feel and look. being able to watch the progress and get compliments from people on my hard work and accomplishments are only a few reasons i love it!
How I Stay Motivated:
i am never satisfied with myself! i can always find an area to work on to work towards the "never reachable" PERFECTION! plus the pure adrenaline rush from each workout motivates me to look forward to my next workout
BB Accomplishments:
i have never competed before, but maybe one day ill have something to add to this section

the new MRI "Black Powder" is great about a half hour before you workout. there is no sugar, and the pump is great! (way better than N.O.xplode)

Wussup man? How's everything going? You are up to 190! Nice! That's right around my goal weight. I'm at 160 right now. A minor set back with 3 months off while recovering from an old neck injury but I'm back now & working steadily! Looking great bro! Keep it up!

190 is a good weight for you, solid, plus naturally good looking. Once upon a time I had almost your exact stats. You're young enough to really pack it on if that's what you want.

thnx bro, its insane man..I combine the 2 in 8 oz water, drink it 30 mins before training, sometimes, i combine 2 packets of m5 and 1 no..haha..insane.. ur lookin swole man..keep it up.. Steve
