How I Started:
i had to reabiltate from a football injury so i started lifting weights in the school gym and when i got better i just dident want to leave the gym so i stayed.
Why I Love It:
it such a rush to have all your blood flowing to where your training and feeling the "pump" and its fun to set goals/missions and do what it takes to get there. and after all the hard work of strict dieting/cardio/lifting and completing your goal you just get an overwhelming amount of satisfaction which is impowering to all aspects of your life. THEN YOU DO IT AGAIN!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
when cutting i like to eat a very wide variety of healthy foods which in return keeps me motivated keep strict to the diet without having to cheat often because i dont get bored. its really all about varity for me swim/run/stairs/bike
BB Accomplishments:
deadlifting 400+ a few times
but there shall be a lot more to come
Im very pleased with the results. my final weight is 199 with a 33.65 inch waist.
im going add some carbs and maintain for the next two weeks, then its back to bulking in hopes of 20 solid pounds (some being from muscle memory because i had my toncils out durring this cut and lost...
Yea im from Houston Texas. Its nice over here. Yea I understand that too. I played football for University of Houston and I broke my leg, so im trying to get back to my normal size or even bigger if I can.
Heh, I just now took a close look at those post-cutting pics... looking very good.
Everything is looking good... But I'm thinking you might wanna work on bringing your chest up a bit.
