I'm not quite sure really, but if I had to say something, I guess I was a pretty chubby kid, and decided to do something about it. And although I have made an enormous improvement from my previous physical state, I still constantly feel insecure when it comes to my appearence.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because your desire to acheive your goals is the only thing that limits you. With lifting, I feel that my own self-motivation and my drive to suceed is what powers me through my workouts and allows me to constantly better myself. When I'm in the gym, I feel as though there is nothing I cannot achieve. My life revolves around my gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
Strength increases and actual physical growth are two dominant factors in my motivation. I also like to take what I have leanred, and use my knowledge to help others as much as possible. I take great satisfaction in that.
BB Accomplishments:
None as of yet, I'm still learning all kinds of things every day, it seems. Give it some time and we'll see what I can come up with.

Nothing at all wrong with the occasional fine cigar, I just smoke too many of them. I've cut way back, but don't think I will ever quit 'em for good. I like cigars too much. I need to have one, say, every other week, not twice a day ;-)
Yep, comments from other BB.com'ers helps alot, I agree. I quit smoking cigarettes about 30 years ago. I quit for 10 years, then started again. I smoked for about a year, then quit cigatettes for good. However, about 10 years ago, I started smoking cigars. Just one here and there at first, but then it became a daily habit. Just an expensive substitute for cigatettes. I just dropped the cigar habit last week, so I'm battling just like you are right now.
