How I Started:
Just plain cardio and light weights, but did not see the results i expected due to nutrition. I adjusted my nutrition (i actually started easting more but healthy food) and lost body fat fast and gained muscle.
Why I Love It:
It feels good to fit in a pair of jeans that you always wished to wear but were too 'fat' or they did not have the size.
Look around you, almost 90% of the people around you on the street, at work or family & friends dont even eat right......it makes you feel good
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at transformations from people here at BB.com, makes you all energized and motivated to go to the gym and do youre best....
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 18kgs of bodyfat (almost 36lbs) and gained about 10 lbs of muscle.....

I lost a lot of body fat, i went from 109kgs with 34%BF down to 70kgs and 8%BF.
Right now, i wish to add more muscle. I was able to go up to 78kgs with 9%BF, but due to studies, i did not work out nor ate properly for 3 weeks. I went down from 78kgs to 74kgs.
I started training again, and i am determined to get up to 95kgs and under 12%BF. By May-June 2009, my cutting phase starts and hit 90kgs with 5%BF and just maintain myself!
