I started working out the summer of my Freshman year in highschool. I had gotten into a fight and lost. I let it go to me so much that I wanted to take revenge. I was going to get big and get even. I started out as an out of shape 5'3" 120lbs teenager. Taking advice from my bro, using a home weight set and supps I didn't need I went at it. I knew nothing then so I trained my arms and chest everyday so I could be stronger. I took ephedra and Cell-tech to try and get ripped and big. I got fat first, then really skinny. Eventually, I grew out of that and started reading, learning of proper nutrition, techniques, and programs. Before long I was inspired by the guys I read about in magazines like Lee Priest(small guy but great physique)and I wanted to look like them. By the time I was 17 I was 5'4" at 165lbs lean with 16 inch arms. I was happy but it wasnt enough. Today, I am 20 years old and training for the Rochester show on June 10th of 2007. I am long from my goal but my dedication and knowledge will help me along the way. I have also come to learn that I can't possibly know everything so I listen to what people have to say.
Why I Love It:
I could go on forever listing the reasons but the main three are: gives me energy, makes me feel useful, and it will allow for my hard work to be displayed.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by pretending its my job. I wouldn't miss work because I would lose money and I wouldn't miss a workout because I would lose the potential to improve myself.
BB Accomplishments:
At one point up until three months ago (due to financial reasons) I was 190lbs at 5'6" with 17 inch arms and a 10 percent bodyfat. I was loving it!

I've lost 2 inches off my waist but still have 3 more to go for off season weight....
I want to reduce my bodyfat 5% by the end of January.
Goal (Long):
I want to compete at 180 (someday), have 17 inch arms, 42 inch chest, 27 waist, 17 inch calves, 13 inch forearms, and a wide back. I plan to achieve this physique so that I can also go on and try some fitness modeling, just as a hobby, to see how I can use being fit and healthy for other than competing in shows. I also plan on exercising way beyond sixty!
