Over night i thought to myself if i was going to be small all my life. So i ended up asking my older brother if i could work out with him the next day. And from then on i been gaining non-stop.
Why I Love It:
The ladies!!, the feeling of accomplishment when done. And always striving to all i can be

I think working out is something i do for fun, not torture or to force myself, its a hobby ill never let go.

By the end of age 15 bench max was 345Lbs. and only weigh 150

Thanks for advice. I havent updated the pics on here since i first put them on, alot thiker now than i was before thats for sure. weighing in right now at about 142, hope to be up to 180 some day of lean mass

hey bro may be ur right that ON100%whey has worked for u.so i will be conformed after using it for more duration.perhaps serious mass is main suppl.which has worked for u. is this ur fav. weight gainer.is it better than truemass or cytogainer. are you consuming 336 gm per day to finish the 12lb in just 18days.i was want to take only100gms per day(50gms on waking up & 50gms before going to bed)to reduce the cost.hav u ever used creatine??which is better between a creatine & N.O.for a beginner

Hey man, came across your profile. Incredible is all i have to say. Im looking to gain some weight though, and noticed you have used the Optimum Serious Mass, 12 Lbs., Chocolate. Did you take it as suggested? taking it 3 times daily with two scoops in each drink? Or how did you supplement it? Any advice would be great i have ordered some and it should be here within the week.
