When I Started:
How I Started:
I've always been real active in sports and have played them my whole life. Growing up I played soccer, hockey, basketball, baseball, and many other sports. I'd lift weights here and there at my house to keep my strength up and it wasn't until September 2008 that i decided to start getting serious and hit the weights harder and see where it would get me. Now I'm loving the results and am looking forward to maintaining a healthy and fit life.
Why I Love It:
It's a great stress reliever and an awesome part of any day. The more I get into it the more I learn and the more I feel like I can teach others and help them toward a healthier life. I will soon be ACE certified and eventually ACSM certified. I am looking forward to learning as much as possible and spreading my knowledge.
How I Stay Motivated:
always striving to be better than yesterday. adenz630, just trying to keep up with my gf!

Goal (Long):
been to the gym and worked out off and on for a few years now. started going to the gym regularly last spring and then stopped for a couple months and just got back into a routine this fall. i plan to keep up a regular routine and stay focused and make sure i get the gains that i want this time. failure isn't an option, strive for success and never stop pushing.
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped or hurt your relationship?
it has helped it because it's one more thing we share. my girlfriend loves fitness just as much as i do and gives us something else we can do together.

Where do you mainly workout?
Gym
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
your midsection is phenomenal. how do you get your skin so dry that it actually sinks down in between your muscles around your abdominals? no matter how much i do, i cant get my skin to mold to my abs like that. help?
Thanks for the add!
You're lucky to have someone to motivate you. My girlfriend and I do the same for each other (we also have very physical careers, so that keeps us going, too).
hi,i would need a picture from one of the bodybuilders on bodyspace for an ad that i want to use for facebook. it is for a company that is going to sell supplements in switzerland.. so i am starting a business here. i am asking around who would be interested in serving as a one-time model.
my question is: how much would you charge for the right for your bodyspace profile pic?
thanks
frank
hey bro ! how are ya ? I am doing good . I am getting back into the4 gym starting today after a long-ish break for health reasons. I am getting back into it hardcore 3-5 days of weights cardio 5 days a week switching between running and swimming. I lost a little ground from recuperating but not to bad . I am still gunning for 8-10% bf andf ripped-ness!
