How I Started:
Back at school I used to be pretty scrawny and with almost no self confidence. I didnt do much sports, I was kind of a geek. But after I finished school I determined myself to get stronger and so I started doing push-ups and some ab-work at home untill my mom got me my first woking bench and a set of weights. I made out a routine and followed it as best as I could, finally last year a gym opened up in a convenient place for me, and so here I am...
Why I Love It:
It helps me feel good with myself, makes me think Im actually doing something to improve myself and my quality of life, and that my girlfriend appreciates the effort it takes.
How I Stay Motivated:
With discipline, small compliments here and there, and reminding myself everyday that I can do better and its up to me to achieve the goal I have in mind.
BB Accomplishments:
Well, Im far from being the way I want to be, but in comparison to a couple of years back, I have improved a lot and gain some muscle mass, still my goals are still waiting...

Goal (Long):
I want to have a body I can be proud of, make my girlfriend feel safe with me. When I was younger I wanted to look like Wolverine (partially still do, maybe thats from where the beard came from), I really want to have thick arms, barrel chest, and a six pack to show off. Going over the 200 pound mark wouldnt hurt either.
I just weight my self yesterday, and to my surprise, I am almost at the 200lb mark. Exactly 198.4 with a bf% of 16 which is 2% lower than it was around two weeks ago, so Im guessing thats good. I have little doubts about my diet tho, but it still seems to be working. So far it goes...
