the movie fight club motivated me to get sculpted like my favorite actor brad pitt. I use to weigh 153 in the beginning of my high school years and ppl bullied and picked on me until I grabbed my first "weider" then it all changed from there.
Why I Love It:
physical change , results, the pumped feeling, the double takes from the chickz, the compliments on the abs,and the anger/stress relieving qualities in a work out. I might try fitness modeling or competition's once my goals are reached. Its an energy booster as well.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results ,setting new goals, and the compliments that I recieve from the chickz ;)
BB Accomplishments:
I did 2000 crunches in an hour and I benched 300 that's phenomenal for a guy who is only 175 lbs. lol
Ugh My goal is to have 19 inch biceps I don't want to look like a body builder but look like someone who takes great care in what their body looks like. That not only inspires others to go to the gym but can help pl start training harder! The constant praise is uplifting.get my upper body looking like Matthew Mcconaughey no homo and just be the rippest dude u have ever seen!
or those who have a hard time gaining weight, he advises that they should:
