How I Started:
I was over weight most of my life. In 2005 I lost about 40 pounds but did not work out much. I don't recommend that to anybody. I was left with the extra skin to show for it. I decided to try to change the way I looked and discovered that working out was making a huge difference.
Why I Love It:
I have been happy with the results that I have gotten so far. I have recently joined Stevep78s team and am excited to see what he has in store for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated just knowing how easy my weight could come back on. I want to be an inspiration for my 12 year old daughter who battles her weight and other health issues Also the love of my life is very motivating and supportive.

don't worry. It's tough to get motivated sometimes but as long as you get back on track then there's no reason to be down. :) It's all in the mind! You look awesome, so don't worry about a little bump along your journey!

Hey you! I am really glad I was that boost you needed! Kiana Tom is a fitness model from the late 80's/early 90's. If you google her, you can see some photos. My niece is named Kianna. I actually helped name her! :)

I am doing pretty good I think. I am getting alot of cardio because I am training for a marathon. I will post picutes soon. I just wanted to wait until I saw huge results bc I am embarassed of people seeing the before. Mostly the people that I know. It doesn't matter about the people that does not know me. Thank u sweety, it does feel like forever when you want to change it all so fast, but you will only notice when people will begin to tell you. I do know that I feel the difference on my strength and in my wardrobe. So don't lose the focus and keep strong and motivated, those results are there. Keep it going girl!

Hello there, Thank u for the comment and very happy for you. Now the fact that we have kids does make it harder to get rid of the xtra skin. Just eat clean and work those abs really hard. Change it up for full coverage of you midsection. The option of getting the TT, I would wait and if its completely impossible to get it all off, then I would consult with the MD. Good luck! I think you will do great!
