I played basketball and i had one problem with my tarsus gristle i got two operations that was no needed damn!!! and then my basketball career over.two years i can't walk so after two year i can walk with limp than i started bodybuilding i was tall and weak now i'am little bit stronger :)) afterall i was like drug addicted to this power sport :) thats the story :DD
Why I Love It:
I leave all my nervous there...building stronger guns antoher point why i love this sport :))

yea bro sounds good! im doing exactly like you! i dont take supplements i just try to keep everything natural like eggs, fish! its the best way! and even when you stop training you still look good becuase its all natural stuff... will be going to the gym today to train hard im angry at the moment... haha its a good way for me to relax...

You don't need protein shakes my man! You just need to consume around/just over a gram of protein per lb of bodyweight a day (160lbs - 160-180g p[rotein a day) that can come from eggs, chicken, fish, tuna, sliced meats, etc.
Just make sure after training you consume a faster digesting protein like a chicken breast or egg whites.

Being lean, strong, and flexible is tough but can be done. Parkour huh? I would love to be able to do something like that. That looks awesome!
ok whatever...but thats gonna be kinda hard because i also run cross-country for my school and we travel all over the place so i might now have a vid for a long time.
nope i do not use any supplements at all actually my max is only 145lbs. but i dont bench much i mostly curl and work my triceps. but i can curl 45lbs. and u know im only 15 so thats kinda crazy and thanks. alot of people have tole me i have alot of muscle for a kid my age.
yeah most people dont believe it when they see it but thwne they do all i hear is how much of a syud i am and how they dont want to mess with me and crap like that. butyeah i have been training for 3 years goin on 4 but u know i just try and now i have reched that point where i am starting to gain muacle mass ike crazy so i dont really get how i can lift that much either. lol.
It's only a .22 Lorcin, but I've tweaked it and it shoots really nice. I'm very accurate with it. I hear Glocks are good, but I think they're kinda funny looking. Take care man.
