By The 1st of the year I want to have the body I dream of. 200+ pounds on all of the base lifts (Squats, DL, Bench, Standing Military Press, Power/hang Cleans)
Goal (Long):
Clean Bulk as cleanly as possible to 160-165 and get cut, repeat until i have my dream body.
This guy had a great transformation and inspires me because his story is almost exactly like mine! 10th-11th grade i was getting knocked on my ass being 180 5'4, middle of my senior year i picked up on lifting after football was over and kept it going after graduation because of the whole "freshman 15/40 thing." Of course i wanted to be the one with the freshman 15, but not like the other 95% of the world, i want my freshman 15 to be all muscle!! GREAT STORY! you motivate me a lot!:)
I like this kid! You seem to have a good attitude toward this lifestyle. Starting young is a great advantage. I am not a big fan of your routine but if it works for you...great. Let me know if you ever have any questions.
