How I Started:
I used to be a fat kid when I was younger getting pick on. at my sophomore year at high school I got into weight lifting. I fell in love with it ever since I started seeing results. Been lifting ever since then.
Why I Love It:
I Love the rush of it. the results you get from it mentally and physically. I feel great after a good day of working out it helps go through stress I might have.
How I Stay Motivated:
I listen to music that gives that extra pump. Also the ladies haha
BB Accomplishments:
I want get rid some this body fat i have to finally show some abs also build a lot more muscle and strength.
Oh, cut out all simple sugars from diet.. go to nuts, good fats for energy and to increase good fats... cardio must be increased... only eat complex, carbs like oats in morning. so no fruit juices, milk, anything like this.. sodas... crystal lite is cool...

i think this is fair and cool. You have added some people with amazing abdominals.. so diet is big, but training them hard.. legraises, reverse crunches, v-ups are some of best. and back raises hit them from other side.

first: Chest... Pull ups and pull downs daily... 4 sets of 25. alternate incline dumbbells high reps of 20 to days of very heavy of 10 reps.. both days 4 sets... and superset seated flyes with pushups... if you good boy, i tell you rest..hehe... that means if you apply what you learn.
