How I Started: I've trained on and off for a while now but never really paid much attention to diet and nutrition. I figured it was about time I got with the program and started living healthy.
Why I Love It: You can't beat the feeling off having had a great session in the gym, makes you feel alive!
How I Stay Motivated: Take a long hard look in the mirror after each session seems to work for me.
