How I Started:
I've trained on and off for a while now but never really paid much attention to diet and nutrition. I figured it was about time I got with the program and started living healthy.
Why I Love It:
You can't beat the feeling off having had a great session in the gym, makes you feel alive!
How I Stay Motivated:
Take a long hard look in the mirror after each session seems to work for me.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Not doing my homework and not realising that this would be a new way off life not just something to do after work. If you want results then make it your life!
