How I Started:
when i was in a book store i saw an issue of flex and looked at it and was impressed and wanted to be like them, i first went to the gym with my uncle who was a former bodybuilder and he helped me to start
Why I Love It:
i love to try lift more and more weight every week. also i love to see how the body responds to the training and also it´s fun to see how the body grows with better nutrition wich i think is the key to gain muscle

i think layne norton quote: you will not outwork me. also jillian micheals from the biggest loser show, she helps me alot too
BB Accomplishments:
i won a teen -70kg class here in iceland that was awesome
also competed in 2006 but not so succesful at that contest wich gave me a good lesson

i want to gain muscles where i lack, like shoulders and upper chest. i hope to gain like 1-2 lbs of muscle each year naturally and i´m talking about pure muscle no fat
