yea i already competed thas where the pics are from it was a lil ova a month ago.....small turnout in class only 3 i placed second it was just to get my feet wet though great experience i may compete next yr i dunno but i wanna build mass and weakpoints and get to a solid weight goal first then will c...im only 22 so im jus a kid and plan on doing this for a min....

i feel like exposing them makes me vulnerable lol legs first overall as in most begginer bodybuilders and my back could be brought uptomatch the guns more thickness , width and overallconditioning

train harder the weaker areas make em moreof a priorioty train smarter and learn better form for them.ofcourse putting onmore size in the offseason never hurts either but mostly its gotta be the mental
